MetalShipper.com takes great care in assembling, packaging, and weighing your order properly before shipping. Because of the nature of the metals we sell, we can only accept returned items if the metal ordered is unused and you initiate the return within 14 days from the delivery date. If there was an error in the items that were shipped to you, please call or email to discuss the details of the return and how we can resolve the issue. We will provide a full refund if the returned item is in unused condition and is the returned in the full weight. Please understand our return policy before placing your order. 

Every metal we sell includes a detailed certificate of analysis which is posted on the product page of the website as well as included with your shipment.  We want you to know exactly what you are puchasing down to the fourth decimal point.  Please understand the composition of the metal you are purchasing prior to completing your order.
